IFM Group, formed in 1992, is an independent and well known New Jersey consulting firm, specializing in consulting with organizations on all aspects of executive and director cash and equity compensation and benefit programs. IFM Group recognizes that many compensation committees and boards of directors are not knowledgeable and up to date about their industry’s competitive compensation practices and parameters, and recent legislative parameters, yet they have the obligation and liability of determining compensation for themselves as well as the senior officers of the organization.

Recent engagements for New Jersey financial institutions have included:

  • For the New Jersey League of Community Bankers, designed and developed a long-term care insurance Plan for its member banks.

  • Performed a third party review of a financial institution’s Bank Owned Life Insurance funded Plan. Result- an improved design and increased investment return on the insurance policies.

  • Performed the annual actuarial valuations and cost studies for the organization’s non-qualified executive and director retirement Plans and retiree medical FAS 106 calculations.
