IFM Group, formed in 1992, is an independent and well known New Jersey consulting firm, specializing in consulting with organizations on all aspects of executive and director cash and equity compensation and benefit programs. IFM Group is well known for helping institutions develop a more strategic approach to the most effective use of executive and director human capital, as well as integrated executive and director benefit programs that are tax effective and drive shareholder value.

IFM Group brings their leadership experiences and disciplines together in advising its clients how to most effectively develop compensation structures which incent their organizations to grow revenues, manage costs and increase profits, while recognizing competitive standards and parameters, and the need to integrate all elements of executive and director benefit programs into a well conceived compensation strategy.

IFM Group recognizes that many compensation committees and boards of directors are not knowledgeable and up to date about their industry’s competitive compensation practices and parameters, and recent legislative parameters, yet they have the obligation and liability of determining compensation for themselves as well as the senior officers of the organization.

IFM Group has developed a very disciplined approach and methodology to help boards and compensation committees meet those needs and parameters and to educate them through the gathering of data on competitive practices, base-line standards, and approaches now being used in other similar institutions to compensate their key executives, and presenting the results in a fashion which educates, documents, and validates compensation strategy and compensation components for the individuals being compensated.

Whether we are retained by company management or the compensation committee or board of directors, our extensive hands-on prior experience in managing businesses as well as years of experience in every aspect of compensation, qualified and non-qualified plan design, funding and investment, executive and director benefits, insurance, and employee benefit program design, and importantly, the effective integration of those programs, help insure that our clients are given knowledgeable advice and that our client’s consulting experience is both cost-effective and valuable.
